I was on them for 5 months, along with the Lyme version. I felt pretty crummy while I was on them - it was like one long non-stop herx reaction. Bartonella symptoms flared once I quit taking the drops, so I assume that they were effective. They just didn't agree with me, so I stopped taking them. They are deceptively potent. Guest guest Posted November 14, 2011 Report Share Posted November 14, 2011 Jim, I have just started to get close to a normal sleep cycle for the first time in around 6 years as my new doc took me off lyrica and cymbalta and now taking Tramadol for the neck pain.
