Guest guest
I wish that Arthur Thexton would hurry up & retire. Years ago he was on a health reform list that I belonged to (HARP.org). He used to boast about his track record but I didn't realize exactly what his position was or what he was doing professionally. How can people like him truly believe they are doing the right thing? Just as with Dr., analysis of sanctions shows that doctors who are drunks, drug addicts, grossly negligent (i.e. cut off wrong leg) get off w/tiny fines or short suspensions. Yet docs who do NO HARM get crucified. It's sickening... Kendra I have followed various links and the DRL in WI has a very bad actor in Arthur Thexton. ( Fishbein is alive and well and living in Wisconsin.) I hope two things come out of this; Dr. Hoffman is vindicated and this Thexton character is finally removed from the DRL. Nobody is safe with him at the wheel. Sadly, this is not his first witch hunt. I wish this was an isolated event, but we all know too well the inability of doctors to treat Lyme patients. I live in NC; the state that ran out Dr. Jemsek. It’s pitiful and shameful. Carolyn Long
Guest guest
Maybe there should be a board or petition panel that puts these people on a kind of trial. I hope this man gets fired. To: Lyme_and_Rife From: KCuyler@...Date: Sun, 6 Nov 2011 08:30:59 -0500Subject: Re: Dr. Hoffman in Wi I wish that Arthur Thexton would hurry up & retire. Guest guest
I wonder if these doctor bully groups or gangs as I call them could be sued in civil court (state by state) by a group of individuals acting as a class who have been harmed or potentially harmed by the removal of a doctor with whom they have no objections to the treatment he offers or has offered in the past or could potentially have offered if not interfered with. Is that a complex question or what!? Are there any lawyers in the group or anyone with friends or family in the law field who could shed some light on this? The weather is here, wish you were lovely,LoveRobin Little I have followed various links and the DRL in WI has a very bad actor in Arthur Thexton. Guest guest
Unfortunately, except in very rare circumstances - courts, judges, police officers, elected officials have - IMMUNITY from prosecution for acts committed in the course of their jobs. Even if they commit perjury (lie) or don't follow the law as it's written. The legal deck is stacked against the poor - and even middle class & moderately weathly. I know this only too well from personal experience over 10+ years fighting monsters in court. Judges, lawyers & the police KNOW that there is virtually NOTHING that an ordinary person can do to stop them. And, Legal Aid is mostly a joke, funded to give the appearance of access to the courts for the poor. I could post a examples but I'm too tired right now. And, before you lose your house -- check to see if your state allows *non-judicial* foreclosures. At least the courts are waking up to the banking/foreclosure scam. I wasn't upside down, or behind, but when they don't post your payments to your acct..... KendraPS: Our best hope to get rid of Thexton is that he retires, or gets caught with a h**ker in a hotel room w/coke? Anybody want to go on a field trip to Wisc?
