Anyone used Spiranolactone?

My DAN doctor said that accoring to my daughter's poryphorine test, she has increased number of pro inflammatory cells. Could be because of viruses or heavy metals.

Just wanted to know if anyone has used this drug before (Spiranolactone)?

Did you see any side effects/ improvements?
