That only covers the preliminary problems I had with that episode. The dr ultimately vaccinates a child while the mother, whose other son is severely vaccine damaged and autistic, is restrained. The mother says she's going to sue. The non-vaccinated child dies. The vaccinated child appears to be fine. The dr and pharma are the heroes, and the mom loses the child she was trying to protect. A divorced mom whose child was at the clinic when the sick boy came in couldn't remember whether her daughter had been vaccinated or not. She's told by her ex that he's suing her for full custody because she put the girl at risk. Fear mongering doesn't quite cover it. If you're going to reply to/comment on measles related propaganda, you might want to put your .02 in on this website as well. they really bash the vaccine/autism connection and all who believe in it: http://www.cbc.ca/health/story/2009/01/07/measles-europe.html ez wrote: Politics. That's all I could think as I watched this episode. I love this show b/c they usually are pretty current on alternative sorts of approaches. Very dissapointed last night. I did DVR last

night's episode, and I live in Lansing, Michigan. Are you looking for who sponsored the show in my area? --- On Fri, 1/9/09, christine <christinelighthousestudios (DOT) Good luck and be prepared. I would give you a bullet proof vest to wear, if I could.Sincerely, HeerenPS- here is an example of one sceneSCENE FIVE (all the doctors together)ADDISON: Grab a chart. We’re checking every patient who was in here this morning for immunization.SAM: How many of these are we looking at, Coop?COOPER: How many what?SAM: These little time bombs- kids coming in without their vaccinations.COOPER: The vast majority of my practice is pro-vaccine.NAOMI:

Whether or not to vaccinate should not even be open for debate.COOPER: It isn’t. But, I agree with the Academy of American Pediatrics that we shouldn’t abandon patients who chose not to vaccinate. PETE: (holistic type doctor) ’s right. You can’t kick a kid out just because the parents believe in a conspiracy theory about vaccines.SAM: The CDC is clear vaccines do not CAUSE autism. They save lives. That’s the end of the story.
