Hopefully that means I can finally start sleeping normally again. So, it turns out that I can work out at any of their fitness centers, and there should be two of those right near me. This takes care of one of my concerns; weekend workouts! Monday is the orientation day, and I get a tour of the museum, etc. Should be pretty cool! Definately psyched about working for a company this HUGE, and one that actually cares about their employees. That will be the biggest change. Today's Meals (off to a slow start today thanks to Insomnia-from- Hell): M1- 1/2 Myoplex shake, ff yogurt M2- Chicken breast (4oz), steamed broc/caul (about 2 cups) M3- FF Cottage cheese, orange M4- Chicken breast (4oz) sauteed (healthy fashion, in a tbsp olive oil) with grn pepper and onion over 1/2 c. brown rice, more steamed broc/caul (2 cups) M5- 1/2 Myoplex shake, ff yogurt Fitday info- 1482 calories 28 gm fat (6gm sat., 17% of total calories) 156 gm carbs (24 gm fiber, 40%) 151 gm protein (41%) Exercise- The usual hour of dog walking; easily three miles, sometimes a little more, depending on how much of a dope-on-a-rope the Dogzilla is being. -Lianne Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
