Does anyone here have trouble with sleep? For the longest time (15

years), this was a serious problem for me. I had great difficuly

going to sleep, and just as much trouble waking up in the morning. As

a result, I would always get turned around with my hours, being up

all night and sleeping all day. Then when I had to do something in

the day, I had to stay up even longer so I would be awake for 24 hour

stretches. This has always made my life pretty difficult.

Finally after all these years, I have somehow managed to fix it. I'm

able to sleep at a set time without difficulty. I sleep extremely

well and wake up in the morning feeling rested and having more energy

for the day. I'm not sure how I pulled this off, but I've been

sleeping normal hours for the past month. I think it may be a

combination of quiting my pop addiction, improving my diet and

exercising more.
