Guest guest
We (wife and I) just finished round 2 of 25mg DMSA + 25 mg ALA for my 5.5 yo ASD son who weighs approximately 46 lbs. Some positives include: 1) During chelation there has been a profuse amount of sweating just after falling asleep. While awake and active, there has been increased sweating of the feet. 2) decreased stimming, 3) increased energy 4) He is mostly non-verbal, but has started making " ba " type sounds. Previously it was only " moneeeeaaaah " , and the occasional full sentence (e.g. I want the banana). 5) watching an entire child's television program. Prior to chelation he was not paying attention to television - at all. 6) This morning, I caught my little boy pretend-typing with both hands on the keyboard of my laptop while starting at the screen (I suppose he has been observing me!). This is a new type of imaginary play. We saw some imaginary play briefly in his pedal car after 80 hours of hard chamber hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). I believe HBOT established a good foundation for chelation. 7) The rash on his cheeks from allergies and/or yeast is considerably reduced. This rash has been pronounced for a least 12 months despite continuous treatment with systemic antifungals. There appears to be a big yeast detox, also. For example, there was mucous in the stool (last day of round 2). The last time we observed this, the yeast-like behavior was reduced considerably. Guest guest
Great news! How long did it take to work up to that dose? I am just getting my daughter up to 6.25mg next weekend. I can't wait to be at your dose. Keep going! > > We (wife and I) just finished round 2 of 25mg DMSA + 25 mg ALA for my > 5.5 yo ASD son who weighs approximately 46 lbs. > > Some positives include: > > 1) During chelation there has been a profuse amount of sweating just > after falling asleep.
