Guest guest
Autumn. Advanced Ambulance is a really nice place to work. The owners there are wonderful people. Above and beyond fair and quite generous. Enjoy your employment. PPeaches [] Advanced Ambulance, TX EMS Magazine >Hi, > >I'm and EMT-B taking my EMT-I class who just move to the area. It seems the pay is lower than other companies advertise (7.00 start for basic), but Advanced is closer to my home. Still, it seems they ought to offer similar salaries. Also, is it standard to practice to get no vacation until you've worked for a year? Any word >on companies to avoid/try to get on with? Guest guest
Advanced is a good company to work for. I have worked for them part time for a couple of years. I have known the managers for about 8 yerars and have found them easy to wwork with and for. Many companies and mmunicipal fire/ems departments don't give vacation until you have completed one year of service. Hope to see you at Advanced...Jeff EMT-P _____________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
