why does it look like schizophrenia at times?

My son is able to make it through the school day being

somewhat " normal " but when he's home he acts up and talks (minimally)

like a schizophrenic half the time. His stims are way up, and he just

blurts out really random things. Some days are more " normal " than

others but a lot of days I just look at him and think he needs actual

schizophrenic drugs but that goes against all that I am trying to do

now. Thoughts?
