Guest guest
Louise, I live about 1 hour south of V.A. Beach. I am currently waiting on my coil from , but when I get it I would be happy to do what I can. You can contact me offlist every once and a while to see if I have gotten it... > > I am looking for someone who has a coil or a rife that would be willing to help someone who has Lyme and has a severe muscle spasm. The Rife would most likely give him some relief using the muscle frequency. Guest guest
I came in late to this thread but my number one complaint since March is muscle and ligament/tendon pain. Most noticeably these awful, hard knots in my quads, glutes, calfs, back, shoulders, everywhere. They are slowly dissipating some with professional massage (that I cannot afford to get enough of) but they come back. I've also been experiencing fairly profound fatigue in my legs, as well as over all, and intermittent pain in the arches of my feet. Oh my eyelids have been twitching for the past few days too. I've been using DMSO with mag oil, and each by themselves, and I have noticed some minor improvement in my pain and stiffness, but I wouldn't say that I apply it liberally. I saturate a cotton ball and rub it on in several strokes. So I can presumably apply a lot more than that? I supp almost everything else but not vitamin E. My diet is pretty restricted these days so I might be deficient in E. If it is likely to help with muscles spasms I'll give it a try. Guest guest
Just yesterday, I had a massage at Massage Envy. Not sure if there are locations near you. They want you to be a member and pricing for members is $59 a month which includes one hour-long massage. Additional massages that same month cost $39 (excluding tip). I tried a 3 month membership to make sure I liked the selection of masseuses. Yesterday I did a deep massage and came home feeling increasingly toxic and nauseous. Did a number of detox remedies and by morning feeling fine except for the usual pains upon awaking. As for twitching eyelids, this recently started with me as well. Someone told me that their doctor said it is " a hallmark of Bartonella " . I know as well that it could be effects of mercury so it would be good to be doing some chelation daily, even if just chlorella. I am taking more than that and considering seeing an MD for chelation as I tested high for mercury a couple years ago. deb > > > > Hi Louise, > > > > One of the best things I have found for joints and muscle spasms and pain > > is DMSO... > > This is liberally applied to the area affected after first wiping the area > > clean with a wet cloth, then drying... > > > > This is the brand I have been using for years... > > http://absolutelypets.stores.yahoo.net/dmpu99li16oz.html > > > > Also, applying magnesium oil to the affected area should help and getting > > on a daily protocol of this would also be good... > > http://www.swansonvitamins.com/Search?keyword=magnesium+oil & doSearch=true & ntt= & n\ =0 & ntk=Level1 & x=0 & y=0 > > > > And I always kick up my dose of Vitamin E, it seems to help... Guest guest
Hi , We're all different, but I've found potassium to be a great help with knots. Even though magnesium is an important deficiency in most Lymes, I think potassium deficiency can be an issue too, whether from extra-hydration that flushes out electrolytes, or loss during sweating out of toxins, I keep extra potassium on hand for these moments and it effectively stops knots and cramps for me.As for applying DMSO, or anything else, for that matter, eBay sells 1oz roll-on bottles that make it very easy to apply at home or on the go. There's less wasted in the cotton ball, too.Be well,Léna I came in late to this thread but my number one complaint since March is muscle and ligament/tendon pain. Guest guest
I have a GB4000 rife machine and live in Va. Beach. E-mail me with your phone # and we can talk about the possibility of your friend using it. Peace to you, Andy > > I am looking for someone who has a coil or a rife that would be willing to help someone who has Lyme and has a severe muscle spasm. Guest guest
Hi , When I apply DMSO, I cup my palm and pour some in, then apply to the area. When done, the area is very wet, sometimes dripping.. I honestly don't believe you can over do it as I use a very liberal amount without and issues.. YES!! Vitamin E dose help with muscle spasms... I normally use 400 IU daily, but when I start getting spasms, I crank it up to 1200 IU daily until the spasms stop, then drop back to 400 IU.. Some use 800 IU daily on a regular basis... Take care Jim > > > > Hi Louise, > > > > One of the best things I have found for joints and muscle spasms and pain > > is DMSO...
