Cool, I'll post a couple as files later on tonight when I get back

from the gym or sometime tomorrow. I actually had to drop my weights

a LOT for these, so they may work good for you in that you have that

shoulder injury (I believe that's what it was... I have a great

memory when I can remember where I left it...)
