Guest guest
Ticks are capable of carrying somewhere around 40+ different bacteria. Also, lyme is more often in other fluids around muscles, joints etc and not always in the blood, which is one reason that tests for lyme have such a high false negative rate.I would consider lyme being present without a positive test and base diagnosis on symptoms..jan. Re: OT Babesia without Lyme Posted by: "Guyot Léna" drumroll@... lenasquest Date: Thu Nov 3, 2011 5:15 pm ((PDT))I seem to remember that there are other vectors of babesia, just can't remember what they were. I'd always thought it was a separate disease that had been engineered to accompany the weaponized Lyme so many of us in the Northeast have.Be well,Léna.My oldest son (18) was diagnosed today with babesia, but no Lyme. I took him to have a live blood analysis which showed this.I was reading a couple of posts online just now and from what I read, which were only people's opinions, you cannot have babesia without Lyme, since it is a co-infection. The women that views blood says that she sees many cases that have no Lyme, but babesia alone.Does anyone have any experience with this?My son had no spirochetes in his blood, which see sees some of the time, but she always sees some cysts and there were none.
