Not feeling too well myself at the moment, might be coming down with a virus... felt really rough all day and then could hardly stay awake by 8 pm so went to bed and slept until the phone rang at 10 pm and woke meup... feeling r. weird now...

Are you on yur own at weekends? is that why y are lonely. I live with my teenage son and he is not around that much, staying over with a friend tonight for instance.

Yes I am in Devon in southwest peninula of England though I am Irish myself, 55, and have been living in england for many years. where are you?

Fortunately, this is one thing I don't suffer from. I never get lonely. I enjoy being by myself which I am alot. I miss my daughter a lot but talk to her by phone almost every day, and my son when he's so busy, but I never feel lonely. I guess that's one plus in my life.

I'm doing a lot better now. Been completely off the Prozac for over two weeks now and feeling ok. I'm taking lots of the Fish oil and hoping that is what is keeping me from getting depressed. My dh isn't too happy with my moods though ;o) I get irritated a lot easier and have been talking back to him and he's not too happy about that. He'll get over it. ;o)

I hope you start feeling better soon hun I thought I remembered you before saying you were from UK but wasn't tosure. I am in Kent, up on the North Downs. No I am not on my own at weekends hun, my Mum and Dad are here and my labrador Toby. I guess I feel lonely because I feel so terrible. I seem to wish each day away in the faint hope that tomorrow will be better.

You wrap up warm and drink lots of fluid hun.
