Guest guest
I hve a second adult patient with EXTENSIVE " allergies " per the comprehensive food panel. Do any of you have experience with this? It is saying that she has allergies (class 3) for: Asparagus, Avocado, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, celery, egg white, egg yolk, garlic, grapefruit, lemon, orange, white potato, soybean, tomato, and watermelon! It is saying she has " class 2 " for green beans, cantaloupe, cow's milk, green pepper, pineapple, lettuce, and black tea. Last but not least, she has " class 1 " for pinto beans, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, grape, sweet potato, and brewer's yeast. I think this is absolutely crazy! How accurate are these tests and how much would you actually teach about?! I have NEVER heard of some of these allergies before. If she has a class 1 or higher, does this mean that she could potentially move to a higher class? Do I teach only to the number 3 class food items? HELP!
