Can you guys help me walk the straight and narrow? Here's what my meals were today. 1/3 c. cc, half grapefruit protein shake, half banana, 1/2 c. unsweetened raspberries, 1.5 c. 2% milk salad, small amount chicken, lemon and olive oil dressing (2 tbsp.) 1.5 c. cream of carrot soup (homemade so hard to count cals.) 1/3 c. cc, 1/2 grapefruit Fitday figures come out to: 1025 cals., 38% fat (oops!), 30% carbs, 29% protein, 4% alcohol (2 teeny oz. red wine earns me 4%? Not fair!) I know where I can improve fat a bit. My husband bought regular cc instead of lf and I could get skim milk instead of 2%. I try not to eat too many processed foods, so lf salad dressing is out; guess I'll just have to have salads plain. Besides all that, where am I going wrong? Exercise was 20 min. on bike--for me, that's a great start. So tomorrow I'm going to try to do UB. Do I have to warm up with aerobic first or could I just do stretches? I've been really busy with a number of work related projects lately and haven't had time to do much other than my exercises and occasionally catch up on my reading of everyone's emails. Also, I have been doing a little heavier travel load than normal and that always confuses my schedule. But... I am here.
