3. Because of the fears from side effects that are produced in pharmacological

But is 24hour urine better? I have heard that blood testing for

cortisol is not very accurate.

Also what about female hormones(I am a menstrating 36 year old)I

score somewhat low on the self tests in Hertoghe's book. I know

there is a comprehensive test for Adrenals and Female hormones at

canary club. Would this be my best bet to get everything tested and

how reliable is it?

Sorry so many questions but now that the Armour has kicked in

slightly, I can think more clearly and remember what life used to be

like and want desperately to return to that leve of functioning
