Guest guest
both of my older NT children have gotten ringworm on one or two occassions the past 10 yrs. It is commonly spread in public pools and locker rooms. Lamical now comes prescription strength OTC.. put it on, but make sure and apply at least a 1/2 inch past the circle - it is a stubborn fungus.. and can take several weeks to go away. > > I am the parent of a child with Autism that has recently been diagnosed > with ringworm. Guest guest
I'm taking both my sons (one ASD and one NT) to a local TCM dr. The NT son first presented ringworm at 4 months (no dog contact) but constipated from birth. The ringworm reappeared a few times and I treated it w/ natural creams. Now on TCM herbs, the ringworm one day appeared, dried the next day and was gone the next day. This would be very easy to treat thru a herbal consult with a TCM provider. > > I am the parent of a child with Autism that has recently been diagnosed > with ringworm. Guest guest
You better make sure this isn't misdiagnosed as Lyme disease. This happens alot and Lyme is very common underlying condition in Autism. > > I am the parent of a child with Autism that has recently been diagnosed > with ringworm.
