Guest guest
> I'm using your DASH diet PP - love it! Also teaching diabetic diet - yours again. So, nothing really new. I am doing a follow up seminar for patients who have been through the six series - DM, heart disease ( Mediterranean diet - that is really hot and fun to teach), DASH, Restaurant eating, Cooking demo ( mine) and grocery store tour. The followup - is a powerpoint presentation that highlights the highlights of the above seminars + then we eat! I have a variety of new food products + jasmine green tea for the clients to taste. The theme will be like an afternoon tea party. Very relaxed, but after all - our teaching all distills into food! I got a drug company to give me a lump sum so that I can buy gourmet low fat cheeses etc. Marg Alfieri > > Date: 2006/08/22 Tue PM 03:56:34 GMT-04:00 > To: CVandWellness , FNSPEC , > , Mealtalk@..., > Nutr-ed , > PHNUTR-L , <rd-usa >, > SN , SNEEZE > Subject: what are you doing for nutrition education? > > Hi to all: > > What are your plans for fall nutrition education?
