I am taking alot and just wondered if this is possible. My last blood test showed that my iron level was high and my B12 was high to? Also, been thinking about this meat thing today and was wondering if I use the stock of say chicken and make it into a soup with veggies, as I getting what I need from it this way or do I actually need to eat solid chunks of it?
