If you want some help getting started charting, or have any questions you are welcome to email me privately. I didn't chart for a long time, I thought it was useless information. Guest guest Posted June 18, 2001 Report Share Posted June 18, 2001 Holly, Hello...My name is Rhonda...and I have just been seriously charting since my tr in April...but at the same time, it would have been more helpful to have had charted prior to my tr...With the tr sometimes your cycle will be thrown outta whack, so to speak and you won't have to start charting while your timing of the monthly is off...It helps you get an idea about your normal temps and such prior to the tr...and temps is one of the first signs of your menstrual coming on or ovulations and pregnancy as well...
