Guest guest Posted June 27, 2006 Report Share Posted June 27, 2006 Hi, I have switched from Prednisone (7.5mg) to 30mg Cortef - 15mg @ 10am - that's when I get up 10mg @ 2pm 5mg at 6pm Its only been 4 days. Does anyone have dizzy side effects from Cortef or spaciness? I have great energy in the late afternoon. At around 7-8 pm I get goofy and foggy-feeling Maybe the way I am spacing out the Cortef isn't right for me?? Maybe I should take 10 mg at a time instead of the 15, 10 and 5mg. Like I said before, Doc wants me to take less at night to get the adrenals 'going' also you need less cortisol at night anyway, right?
