Guest guest
Ok, folks...here it is.....Spouse took me out for my birthday lunch yesterday (the big day is today, but knew he wouldn't have time for it today) and I made a hog of myself. Half a medium meat lovers Pizza Hut pizza and then an ice cream flavor of the day from Culvers (it was chocolate custard with hacked up Reeses Peanut butter cups). Since my birthday is another 364 days away, I figured I deserved the treat. And it was only 1 meal, back to salad last night. :>) Z. Guest guest
Happy birthday !!! You definitely deserve a treat or two on your birthday, so I'm not sure how much confession was really necessary. Plus, it was only ONE meal and you have been so very, very good. You are not taking a Free Day at this point, right? If that's the case, then a Free Meal every now and then can actually be GOOD for you (can provide that " shock " that gets your body off a plateau). Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed it and hope you have a wonderful day today. Cheers, Jen B. > Ok, folks...here it is.....Spouse took me out for my birthday lunch yesterday (the big day is today, but knew he wouldn't have time for it today) and I made a hog of myself.
