My 4 yr. old son has issues with imagination/ abstract things and tends to state the obvious sometimes. I thought I would share something he said in the bath tub tonight that was so cute :)I was brushing his teeth with his white Kirkman's toothpaste. He licks the toothpaste off of the toothbrush and says "Mmmmmmm.... .tastes like white. My favorite!!"

I have a friend who says Walnuts taste Blue, she says sometimes things taste colors. Interesting.

This comment reminds me of a very good book, "Born on a Blue Day" by Tammet, and adult man with Asperger's Syndrome.

It's a wonderful insight into how my own daughter's mind works and can provide some much needed understanding of why our kids have such a difficult time adapting to the "regular classroom."
