Guest guest
Where can I get help with interpreting the french porphyrin test results? Under the " interpretation " part there is nothing written. Under the " ratios interpretation " part, I don't really understand what is written. Do I just have to wait for my doctor appt to see what he has to say or is there some info out there that helps with interpretation? Thanks, PS: It seems as if the test is only talking about mercury, but the doctor said it would also help with testing for lead toxicity as we know our two dss were exposed to lead. Any thoughts? Guest guest
HI, I took my son's test out of the folder to take a look for you because I remember being in your shoes. Hating to wait for the Doctor's review! First of all, the urinary creatinine level should hopefully be about 1000., you'll find that on the bottom of the 1st page. For an accurate reading, 1000 level is the ideal. give 200+ or - . So 800-1200 range is optimal. If it's really high( like 1700,) then your results will look fantastic, but it's wrong. On the other hand, if your level is low( for example, 700) then the test results will appear worse then they actually are. I learned all this through Dr Rossignol's white paper on the French lab test only after getting a good lab result back for my son and then finding out (after inquiriying to the lab) that it was inaccurate. The lab redid the test for free. So if you want the white paper, I can email it to you. my address is staceydils@... Under interuptation, it should say something like; slightly mercury toxicity, or moderate...etc. if it doesn't, then I would email the lab and ask for an explanation. contact@.... precoproporphryin = Mercury coproporphyrin = Lead Good luck. These tests fluctuated each time we did it……. stacey >> Where can I get help with interpreting the french porphyrin test > results? Guest guest
There is a file on the TACA Now sight that is very helpful in explaining the porpherine test. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/taca-usa/files/ On the left hand side of the screen, click on the links, and then scroll down till you see the file. Good luck. It was very helpful to us. > > > > Where can I get help with interpreting the french porphyrin test > > results?
