A " board certification " , in any field, doesn't mean anything more than that

the person who holds it can pass a few tests and evaluations. Regardless of

the alleged difficulty of those tests, it says absolutely nothing about a

person's actual competency in a particular field.

Some of the best programmers have no formal training, no degrees, no

certifications. Just as an example of the worthlessness of pieces of paper.
