Thank you for addressing this issue for all of the dietetics professionals. If

we don't come forward and stand up for ourselves who will? The ADA? This is an

omission I see everywhere in the medical profession. No wonder the naturopaths,

chiropractors and other alternatively educated people are given credence in the

media, often filling patient's with dietary misinformation that is

scientifically unfounded. We all need to take responsibility to increase

awareness for our profession. Thank you again.

the fact that among the six professions available for selection and mandatory

before registration can be completed, Registered Dietitian, RD or at the very

pretend we are another profession? This is a shameful and neglectful omission

organization to be the provider of choice for the on-line JADA, a peer reviewed

journal written for and by Registered Dietitians. I will await your instructions

as to what profession I am supposed to register under.
