It might be the Hydroxycut, some people react more strongly to thermogenics than others. Honestly, you don't need fat-burning supplements... you are just wasting your money, unless you need it for a little kick in the mornings before your workouts. (That's what I use 'em for cuz I am a zombie in the mornings). But as far as fat-burning goes, here's the three ingredients you MUST have in your program: 1) Plan, plan, plan 2) Eat clean 3) Train hard 'Nuff said.
