Reviling? Do you really mean that?

revile ; criticize in an abusive or angrily insulting manner

" He was now reviled by the party that he had helped to lead. "

I suppose that one can be reviled (criticized insultingly) and feel

stressed out about it, and it might also be that one can be reviled

without feeling stressed out about it. Keep in mind that no one can

actually insult you if you don't want to feel insulted. If it bothers

you to be reviled, then there's a stressful thought that The Work

might help with. I can also see that EFT could help with that.

Whatever tool you use that works, you should then feel quite

comfortable around whatever it is that reviles you and take the

opportunity to see the good in it for yourself.

(That's a good lesson for me as well. Thank you.)

Please confirm.

I've been looking at EFT myself (thanks to your previously mentioning

it). I know a therapist who uses hypnosis, EFT, NLP, and a few other

techniques all rolled into what she calls Kenosis. She is really

great! I'm hoping that EFT is something you can actually employ with

others without making them feel they are in therapy. The Work, on the

other hand, is not something you can present to just anyone without

their permission. (Is that true? No. It's just my idea.)
