" Also, what wasn't covered in the article was emerging research on B-12 deficiency and molybdenum's role in sulfite sensitivity. If you do a google search, you'll find good info on these as well. Easy enough to try a sulfite/sulfate free diet for 7 days, monitor response, add back some sulfited dried fruit and see what happens.
