Thanks Penni....

I can't wait to see that. I bought an infra red sauna that

hopefully will be delivered next week. When I did the Challenge

test for heavy metals, my levels were over the 95th percentile

(lead, mercury..boron). I have read where heavy metals goes along

with chronic illness...and so I am very worried about this.

Especially since I have not been diagnosed with any chronic illness

yet...not afte 2 years of testing, Ct scans and ultra sounds.

The sooner I can get these levels lowered, the better for me.

I am almost tempted to buy this ionic foot bath....sight

unseen....That is how worried I am. Plus....I don't think getting

these implants out will resolve this heavy metal issue for me.

Thanks Rogene,

I have tried some oral chelation with DSMA and EDTA....and d-

penicillamine. I had an awful reaction to d-penicillamine....bloated

up like I was 5 months pregnant....LOL

Penni,

When I last talked to Dr. Kolb, she told me that she did not think

my heavy metals is from the implants. However she also said that it

isn't proven that the implants aren't creating something such that

my body isn't eliminating them the way it should.

I think that is why I am not counting on explantation to solve my

heavy metal issue and am putting some stuff into place.

I am having a hard time remembering if you have done any oral

chelation. An article I just read last night...feels that the skin

is the best organ thru which to eliminate the heavy metals (sweating

with infra red saunas, the foot baths...etc.) They said the oral

chelation may simply move it around...but may or may not eliminate

it since the body relies on the liver, kidney and lungs for those

processes.

I know you say you don't feel that much better. Do you think it may

be your heavy metals? Have you tested more than once?

And I am wondering if we have anyone on the site that has used it

regularly. Curious to know if they feel better or can tell a

difference in how they feel....?

surprised that they hurt! . . . But, if it gets the stuff out of your

body . . . that's really a short cut to getting well! . .. Every

treatment should be easier than the last . . . I just wouldn't try to

hang in there for the full treatment if I started hurting

though . . . easy does it!

Rogene,

I just bought a box of those foot pads from Body Pure....

Thought I would try this...just to see.....

How are things going with the foot pads you were using....

Just a warning--hydrogen peroxide can make you herx. It can make

your heart fluttery. I would suggest starting out slow. Some

people cannot tolerate the 2 -4 bottles. Also, I have found the

bath water very irritating to my genital area. I have to use

vaseline on that area before getting in the tub to keep from a

burning like irritation. Of course, I have had trouble with

vulvadynia in the past so I may be more naturally sensitive. Just

thought I would share in case someone else also gets herx symptoms

or irritation.

Hi Kathy,

Yes I thought it was a lot or hydrogen peroxide also. Good point on

the possible sensitivities for others.

This heavy metal stuff can get quite complicated and I have become

quite nervous about trying to eliminate it. I don't want to do more

damage.... and the more I read, the more complicated it becomes.

I am worried about " redistributing " the load into other

tissues ...etc. I would not be as worried except that mercury is

part of it for me.

And some say not to even bother unless you take the mercury/

amalgam fillings out of your teeth. I had many as a kid and even

some when I was pregnant as that played havoc with my teeth.

Removing thes is a big process all by itself....much less the

implants..!!!

Any one here chelated or detoxed heavy metals without taking their

mercury fillings out????
