Thank you for your very thoughtful response. No, it wasn't too long for me.

Your ideas are good. I do not think Destiny will be able to adopt a child.

Who knows what she will be like as an adult, but her delays are very

prevalent now so I do not think she will be mature or able enough to adopt a

child. I especially liked the idea of planting a seed that not all little

girls grow up to be Mommies. My husband's aunt is married w/o kids and never

will have any even though they both love children very much. Aunt

might be a good example in this situation. We do not know enough about her

internal structures yet, but research shows Charge kids are often sterile

anyway. We'll know more in a few years. I met a woman once who had a disabled

daughter who was raped as a teen and got pregnant. Mom/Grandma was now

raising 2 children and very overburdened. I do not want that to happen to

Destiny which is why I will always watch her like a hawk--even when she's

older. As it is now, I'm usually the only Mom on the playground w/ my kids

and other younger children playing unsupervised.

Anyway, thanks for the ideas. You are very thoughtful, Jeanne and I

appreciate the time you took to answer my question so quickly.
