Stabilized Oxygen is Sodium Chlorite--MMS?

Hi friends,

I got a free bottle of stabilized oxygen with a supp order and realized it says Sodium Chlorite in the ingredients (plus bicarb, etc) So I am guessing this is the exact same thing as MMS? Is it such a strong oxygenator that they call it that?
