Guest guest
Jacquie, My first reaction is to just tell you to walk around naked. I was having a similar reaction when I first started my celexa. For me, my nipples itched constantly. It was so horrible. I don't know what would help the best, but my first choice would be lots of motrin. That usually helps with the PMS stuff. Otherwise, might you be pregnant? I had the same pins and needles stuff when I was prego. While I think it would make me feel sooooooo much better I think that it would be my luck that the in laws would stop by unannouced! LOL They do itch bad though. Motrin hasnt kicked in yet but I have my fingers crossed! Jacquie H > Jacquie, > My first reaction is to just tell you to walk around naked. Guest guest
I gotta take a bath. Sounds good even if it doesnt help! Then some ice packs and cabbage leaves with a handful of motrin! Cabbage leaves and hot baths work better for sore breats. If taken liberally whiskey may cause one not to CARE about the sore breasts however. LOL. Guest guest
OK, OK, OK!!!!!!!!!! I am probably not pregnant. I think I told you guys a long time ago that my husband and I had decided to have another baby. Well months and months ago we decided to start trying. I think it has been almost a year now. Nothing happened and so then we decided to just let it be. So while we are not " trying " we having been doing something to stop it. Not that we have much time to make it happen either;) I am guessing I am just having a bad case of PMS but I have no idea what day of my cycle this is. I am either a few days late or have a few days to go at my best guess. But I promise you all that you guys will be the first ones to know one way or another:) Jacquie H > I ALSO did not want to be the first one to say this, but when I read > your post....the first thing I thought of was " pregnant " . > > Oh my. > > Penny :-)

I just KNOW that it works. > Honestly. It really does work. > > OK, the resident witch and herbalist steps in...(ahem, in a dr. ruth kind of lecture voice) Cabbage is one of those vegables that gets REALLY cold, which when you are nursing, helps ease the swelling due to engorgement. The same PRINCIPLE happens when you are bleeding. Prior to your period, your body is still getting ready to nourish and support a pregnancy, as it does every month. Included in these prepatations in extra blood and horomones migrating into the breasts to begin stretching the tissue in prep. for nursing. When the body does not become preggo, the extra fluids and horomones slowly dissapate, and start again after teh period ends. Hence boobies that are sore, tender, ad downright painful. Now, how the cabbage helps. Cabbage contains a natural ingredient (no one knows what it is) that works like a pain killer and anti imflammatory and antibiotic all rolled into one, and it absorbs thru the skin. Most people do not eat raw cabbage, and these ingredients cook out. But placing the COLD cabbacge leaves on your skin, and allowing them to sit until warm, releases these ingredients into your skin nd blood stream, and begins to heal the stretched and damaged tissuein your breasts, and it begins to work immediately. It takes a variable amount of leaves per person, some needing few, and some (like me) needing damn near a whole head of cabbage for relief. In theroy, this principle should work regardless of your pregnancy/nursing status. *end of lecture* , who feels like she know a little too much aboutuseless things, and is now blushing with her self-smug spouting of knowledge

Nice and cold too from the fridge. You can soften them up a bit with a rolling pin first so they fit in the bra better.
