We found this out when trying to order a few months ago. I still don't quite understand their system but we were told we needed to either become " preferred customer " or " associate " . I've as yet to figure out the difference between the two except that as an associate you can order directly from the company instead of through an associate. I think that associates also get a better price. Anyway, Kim became an associate (you'll see my name there, too. I am the one who is knowledgeable about these products). As an associate we get an online 'home office' where we can order our SupraLife products we use. If you go there you can sign up as a customer or an associate (you have to be one or another and you have to do this at someone's 'home office'. I offer you ours as a convenience. If you want to use someone else's I'm sure you can find one if you do a search). The URL is: http://members.americanlongevity.net/users/recovery Becoming a preferred customer is free. Becoming an associate cost under $10, I believe. As an associate you will be given your own online 'home office' from which you can purchase your SupraLife or American Longevity products. I apologize if this is confusing. If the products weren't so good I wouldn't have bothered going any further after they stopped direct ordering at the SupraLife site. Those of you who know me know that I swear by several of their products. I've used them for over 8 years now. If you have any difficulty navigating when checking this out please let me know. I'll help in any way I can. Regards,
