CONGRATS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is super. Be sure to let us know when we can see the segment ( or

better yet, make copies of your video when you get it and I know that we for

one would love to buy one). Probably everyone would. There isn't a lot out

there about our CHARGERs and the more information we can get to the public,

the more children we can help.

Amy and everyone,

The CMN Telethon is this weekend - Saturday evening and all day Sunday.

I'm pretty sure it is carried in Canada in areas where there is a

participating children's hospital.

Here in Columbia we have a Children's Hospital within the University of

Missouri Hospital. Several years ago my husband's Kiwanis Club

established the Golden K Kiwanis Foundation and spearheaded the raising

of funds to develop a Pediatric Cardiac Unit. It was done in conjunction

with CMN. For those who remember Gilligan's Island, " Ann " serves as

our Special Hostess every year. Excuse the brag but this was a very

special project for Lee. His oldest daughter was born with a heart

defect.

Amy, maybe you will have the video before Houston and we can all view it

there? There is a neat theater in the hotel where we plan to show videos

for the kids during the day, for the adults at night.

Just found out yesterday that we will not be on the CMN this weekend. They

needed to re-shoot footage of the doctors and the video will not be completed

in time. Rats! But, it will still be going out to many major corporations

to solicite donations so we will still have some explosure there.

n, I was thrilled to hear that the Cardiac Children's Unit was a project

of Lee's and the Kiawanis Club. It's funny how things seem to come full

circle!
