My sister had a tl a month and a half before me, so between her & my mother, they kinda talked me into it. I was in a bad marriage at the time. Have been remarried to a wonderful man for almost 7 yrs, but we've been together going on 10 yrs. We just decided last summer to have one of our own (Maybe two). He has two kids ages 14,12. I started looking up reversals & quickly ran across Dr. Levin's site. I talked to him last august & in the process of getting all the money together, hope to be able to schedule it for Sept or Oct. His credentials and experience are quite remarkable! And he has several payment options. They all try and make you as comfortable as possible and the after surgery stuff like still being able to ask anything and still recieve help whether its charting, fertility medicine, ect. have you been to his site? Most of the ladies in this group including myself have children and feel we have made a huge mistake by having our tubes tied. I think its great that you would like to have more children and I wish you the best of luck. I have 3 children and would like more myself. Everyone makes mistakes and I can't see how fixing them can make you greedy. Do what you feel is right and forget what they say. Sometimes people don't know what to say to me when I say I want one more, are you crazy, how can you handle that, but to me having a child is a wonderful gift and that if we desire one then that should be the end of the discussion. My family is similar to yours in that they say why more. I just keep my eyes on the goal, getting whole again and if I am lucky having a baby or two. I want my Tr mostly to put me back the way God intended me to be. There are several other women in the group that have 5 and more children that are going for a TR. So no matter what anyone else says you sould go on how you feel.
