Mo you probably can go to all HC, but wait on the Armour increase till you have that in your system at least a week to see how it goes. You MAY have to stress dose a tad higher with the HC when you do an increase in thyroid, but try it.

I meant to also ask if you think my plan to go on 30 hc is this is too high? I was hoping it would stop the palps

Could be from hypo, or where is your Ferritin?

My ferrtin is Ok Val, it is just that it only started three nights ago, and so I wondered if the changover from Pred might be stressing the adrenals and if I should go on 30 mg h./c

HMMM It is possible that with you lowering your adrenal meds you actually need less thyroid and have gone a bit hyper. Take your temps today and if they run high, you might try lowering thyroid a tad.

I didn't realise I was lowering my adrenal meds in switching over.

I cut out the bed time dose of eight of a grain for two days and still had the palps.

It is half one in the afternoon here in England but I will take my temp straight away.

O am not so sure low cortisol causes palps. Have you had Ferritin

tested? This si I feel th emost common cause of palps. That and

sometimes your body just needs time to adjust to thyroid doses. I go

tthem with EVERY dose raise and still get th4em once in a whiel, but

nothing like I used to.
