Hey thanks you know what I have heard this from several other people and I

will surely take this into my decision making, Have you had a child yet

since the surgery in 11/00?

Just my opinion but I went to Dr. Levin and he has continued to help

me w/ my ovulation issues and a lot of things that have nothing to do

w/ my surgery. I had my surgery 11/00 and he still calls and emails

me. I spent over a year researching different Dr's who do this and

had an appt w/ another Dr. After speaking to Dr. Levin I changed all

my plans, airline included, so that I could go to Dr. Levin. Trust

me I KNOW that $$$ is a big factor but so is experience.

The surgery was 6 1/2 months ago. This is the first month that I

have ovulated. I only got my period about once every 3 months before

the surgery so I knew that I had that to deal with after. Dr. Levin

has been great w/ helping me decide what medications to use to get me

ovulating. I really think that I would have given up hope by now w/

out his support. I am 6 days past ovulation so I will let you know

how it went in about a week!

Thanks nanette, I think I am gonna stick with Dr. Levin , I have not met

with him yet but I just have a feeling in my heart this is where We(me and

my husband)should stay. Thank you again.

believe me i wanted to use dr. levin! he sounds wonderful, but we just

didn't want to wait any longer while we saved $$ to do it. so that's why we

went to dr.guijon. and to be honest dr. guijon hasn't done any follow up

with me since the surgery. but in his defense i told him we would be

following up with my local doctor.

i guess i just thought i had everything in my favor as far as the surgery

being successfull. so it was worth a shot to have it done for $3000 less.

but if i were a rich woman i would have picked dr. levin.

i think it is wonderful you found this doctor. I'm trying to figure the

where abouts of this doctors location. What part of canada???

where is the doctor located? is the price you quoted american money?

i beleive most canadian doctors are cheaper than american, due to the

universal health care system they have in canada. so you might want to look

into a doctor north of you. i found a note i'd written about a year ago when

i was searching for a doctor in canada it has dr. reid his

nurses name is denise and the price i have quoted from him is $2480 canadian

for everything.

i used dr.guijon in winnipeg, manitoba and he charged$2,211.52 u.s.dollars

(they take credit cards) for everything including overnight in hospital. i'm

not pregnant yet but i only had the surgery done 4-19-01 and i was out of

town the weekend i was fertile. i'm quite satisfied so far and truely expect

to be pregnant this summer. but i'll leave that part up to God.

Hi Ladies, I unfortunately had to miss the chat last night. I had to be at
