Guest guest
Here is some more information. I heard this guy on the radio and he said some interesting things about this product and how it helps the brain. He is Crayhon. This is his website http://www.crayhonresearch.com/ The product is supposed to help with clarity, focus, and all that good stuff. THis is important to me. The biggest thing I am dealing with 4 months off Lexapro and Zyprexa is the fog that descends upon me time to time. I am doing much better, but this fog and the accompanying disorientation is very disconcerting. Here are the ingredients Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCL 600mg * Glycerophosphocholine(GPC) 200mg * Phosphatidyl Serine(40% extract from 50mg PS) 20mg Can someone please give me their take on whether this would be helpful. It is very expensive, but I am willing to try it. I need my old brain or as much of it as possible back. Does this guy Crayhon have a good rep or is he just another guy hawking his wares. THanks for any feedback. > > http://www.purityproducts.com/product.asp? > sku=141 & Source=Google_BrainVitality & Keyword=BV > > > Don't know how to link. Just copy and paste. From what i have read its almost exactly the same. recommened a similar product called Neuro Optimizer. you can get it at www.herbaladvisor.com personally i couldn't handle Neuro Optimizer at the full dose. i suspect this is because of Acetyl L carnitine. but nothing really bad happened i just couldn't keep taking it. if you CAN take it i would. it helped greatly but it had side effects. hope this helps. > Glycerophosphocholine(GPC) 200mg * > > Phosphatidyl Serine(40% extract from 50mg PS) 20mg > Can someone please give me their take on whether this would be > helpful. Guest guest
hi catherine, i can take it at half the dosage, but it doesn't have a noticable positive effect like it does at the full dosage. i guess its working more subtly -joe > Dear Joe, > > > You said: > > <<personally i couldn't handle Neuro Optimizer at the full dose. i > suspect this is because of Acetyl L carnitine. but nothing really > bad happened i just couldn't keep taking it. if you CAN take it i > would. it helped greatly but it had side effects. >> > > > ** Did you find that you couldn't even take a quarter dose? > > > I'm asking because I noticed that someone said they had a difficult time > with the vitamins and minerals.
