Guest guest
Hi Holly, Welcome! I just wanted to say that I have a relative who is in her early 70s who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. She has given up completely. It is a very sad situation. Despite doing what her M.D. has recommended, she has continued to go downhill. So if you have not already done so, I would suggest considering exploring other options to get yourself treated. Obviously, money is a concern for you, so I don't know how much you could really do with this. When it comes to something like autoimmune problems, I think an N.M.D. can generally be much more helpful. I wanted to suggest that in case you hadn't tried it or thought of it. I have not had fibromyalgia, but I clearly have some kind of adrenal burnout, so I have a fraction of an idea of how difficult it can be to function when you feel so so tired. And you know what doesn't help with that either? Stress, of course! I wish you the best with that and hope you can find ways to improve your condition and start feeling better. -Deanna
