Photos? Simple. Click the link at the left called Photos, then

follow the directions to create a folder with pictures. I don't know

how savvy you are with it but it's not hard. If you find you can't

email Carol Fallon, she's the co-mod, and she'll assist you.

Obesityhelp issue? If you don't have an account, simply create one

for free and that will take you through the entire process of creating

a profile. If you have issues, simply email them for help. They are

pretty good about assisting people.

I'm guessing most folks are out and about celebrating the upcoming

year! Me, I'm getting ready to go watch some DVDs and stay in!
