1:1 aide....why do I bother?

I popped my head into the resource room today and asked how things

were going. I got a pretty standard answer. But, I was also told that

the 1:1 aide was approved (yeeees, I knew that already), so it's

gonna fly...BUT....they thing it will be another 3 weeks IF they can

find someone qualified. ugh. In another three weeks, it'll be just

about time for us to go on track break for almost a month.

Keep in mind, also, that they have decided it's going to be a 9-week

trial. - so what do YOU all think will happen 9 weeks after this

person gets hired? hmmmmmmm???

I'm so tired of fighting.

Think positive Penny. It may prove to be so beneficial that they'll make it

permanent after the 9 weeks. I hope they find someone qualified quickly!
