Guest guest
Ladies, I know how hard it is to want a baby and to not be able to have one. I hear a lot of you saying over and over how stupid it was to have your tubal ligation in the first place. For me personally, it was the right choice at the time, and it probably was for most of you, too, with the exception of the women who were forced or pressured. You cannot predict the future, and when you're holding your newborn in your arms, you feel deep down that it completes your family. Something in our lives has made us change our minds. It has been seven years since I had my tubes tied. I was grateful everyday that I did not have to worry about becoming pg when the time wasn't right. It has been the most reliable, stress-free form of birth control I have ever used. Even with the change in AF that I have noticed, the side effects are still a heck of a lot better than I have ever had with hormonal methods. Don't keep kicking yourselves! You can't change the past, and all you can do is work to make your future what you want it to be. I'm not trying to say that I know what is best for you. It's just that you all seem like wonderful people, and I'm sure you made what you thought was the best decision at the time. Pat yourselves on the back for doing what your heart has told you is right, and for having the courage to do what you want to do now. I wish you all the best.
