Its a pity about the painkillers,I cant take anything with aspirin in,makes me really sick! I hope the tiger balm helps Shells,just remember its very strong so you'll just need to use a very samll amount.Its quite pungent,in fact it STINKS but if it helps its worth it:-).Hope you feel a but brighter today.
