Hello All !

Took me a couple weeks to get to this, but my name is Wheeler and

I completed the challenge back in 2000, then had a bunch of trying

personal times, leading to a lack of motivation. Anyways, back on

track starting a few months ago. I've gone from 212 lbs at > 20% BF

to 196 at 12%. Right now I'm following old variable

split routine to try and bring my arms up in line with everything

else. After this 8 week program, I'm going to take my before picture

and go to the BFL program and complete the challenge for the 2nd time.

On another note I'm a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic

and sports medicine so if anyone has any injury questions I would be

happy to offer some advice. May take me a couple of days to get back

to you, between work and my 1 year old son, but I will.
