We are working with some local restaurants on improving their menus.

One of the things we would like to offer them is an inexpensive

nutrition analysis program they could use to analyze their recipes.

Does anyone have any recommendations on programs?

I don't know any specific one (and please share other recommendations with list)

BUT - USDA, under MYPyramid have food analysis program. See if that helps, at

least as a start.
