Guest guest
I have decided to wake up before dawn, drink my 2 glasses of water, take a train and walk (20 minutes) to the gym, workout, shower, change into business clothes at the gym, commute to work, and eat meal 1 at work. (Or drink a protein drink after a weight workout and have meal 2 at work.) I will wear workout clothes to the gym so I can hit the cardio or the free-weights as soon as possible. What particular fabric is good for working out but also traveling to the gym in the cold? Does anyone know? Pants especially. Jeff
Guest guest
I have a microfiber shell, lined sweat suit that I got at JCPenney a few years ago. It's warm and sounds something like what you need.
