Guest guest
Charlie, Your sister sounds alot like my 2 BPD sisters as children and teens. The things Lynn did to everyone especially Janet growing up, there was no way something wasn't wrong with her. Back than no one knew what BPD was, but everyone I ever talked to told me horror stories about Lynn growing up. I'm not sure any diagnoses could be leveled at a child, due to personality development, but the things I saw in my sister and the short exposure I had to my niece, their behavior definately was BPD. I know what that is now, but not than. Lynn was much older than me so I didn't experience all her evilness till later on in adulthood. The things I have experienced with so many of them in this family, and the horror stories I have been told by most people that have no clue how bad they are behind closed doors, makes me believe with ever ounce of my heart and soul, they are born this way. Not created. I think they are made a little worse by an abusive childhood, but I think they were born monsters. They are mentally ill. The may be able to be helped, but not fixed.
