I stayed in and watched movies--for which I'm glad because it started POURING here around 10 last night and now it's cold! On to my challenge: I challenge those of us who've not reached goal yet to join me in a fitness and proper eating challenge for January-April. What's involved? I'd like to create a database where we each put in our goals for each month, then what we've achieved that month at the end of the month. Added incentive would be to post at the end of the month for encouragement and bootie kicking help if needed! So...what do you say?
