Guest guest
Oh Rhonda! My heart goes out to you. I too have been right where you are at. I have missed work and lost jobs because of my depression. I even was put in an facility once. (this was absoultly no help.) I know that telling you to get out and exercise, make friends, join clubs, and pray through do absoultly no good. Not when you are in a state that you are. Isolation is what you want. But unfortunately that is the worst you can do. You need to get out and exercise(Look who is talking huh?) You also need someone objective to talk to preferably a counselor. Make it someone you feel comfortable with. I know that you may say Nothing to talk about. But you will be amazed at what comes out when you begin to talk to someone not close to your situation. Rhonda, I have enjoyed your posts. Stay with us. You have a lot to offer and think of the lives you touch. I know this sounds corney but every time I get depressed I think of the movie IT " s A Wonderful Life. I wonder what differences I made in other peoples lives. You never know what a positive influence you have had on people until you truely think about it. Hang in there Rhonda, I'll be praying Mike
